Should a security call go unanswered, or the lone worker trigger an alarm, a pre-arranged contact tree is alerted to the emergency. Those responsible for the employee will have access to information regarding that day’s appointments, any voice recordings left by the individual and, if using the optional GPS tracking service, their location. Our Alarm Receiving Centre enhancement gives employers the option of highly-trained responders, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
